My name is Alfiya. I’m from Ufa — an artist and an acutonics practitioner. I paint works based on sacred geometry and hold sound sessions with planetary tuning forks.
In painting I don’t follow a plan — I work by feeling. Sacred geometry, the phoenix, the Sri Yantra — each form carries a certain energy and intention.
Acutonics is precise work with sound: a tuning fork on an acupuncture point creates a vibration that goes deep. It’s gentle and yet tangible.
